a workshop to help girls (11-14) navigate the beginning of adolescence 

Fertility Journeys is a support group for women
who are experiencing
infertility-related stress. 

Are you feeling isolated in your experience of fertility challenges? We understand the invisible toll that infertility can take, and we are here to support you in this overwhelming, and often isolating, time.

Time: Mondays, 7-8pm
Place: FamilyWorkshop | 2224 Bush St | San Francisco  Cost: $60/session
Structure: 8 Weekly Support Group Sessions and Free Monthly Talks on Fertility Topics

  • Attachment styles and their implications

  • How to promote secure attachment from infancy to adolescence

Parenting in the Digital Age can be tough. Our workshop will give you information and strategies to communicate with your child or teenager around screen time. 

Middle and high school parents will get tips and strategies about:

  • Social media basics

  • Realistic rules and boundaries for screen time

  • Improving open communication about child/teen online experiences

  • Preventing high-risk online behaviors

This free, one-session workshop will be held at FamilyWorkshop from 6:15-7:45pm.
