Tamara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with teens and young adults. She has spent time providing psychotherapy in a range of settings including residential treatment centers, schools, and clinics throughout Southern and Northern California.


Tamara takes a highly individualized approach with each client while also integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques. She strives to provide a healing space where her clients and their families can feel deeply listened to and understood.
