Karen provides one-to-one personalized instruction to meet each student’s unique needs and goals. Her attention to the details of her student’s strengths and challenges helps her to create smart, focused interventions and strategies. Karen uses her multi-faceted training so she can apply the best and most current strategies to help each child succeed.

Combining her detailed approach with an easy-going manner, Karen looks to create a trusting and teamwork-based relationship with her students. Games, puzzles and play are all a part of her sessions. Creating an upbeat, nurturing environment builds trust and confidence in her students and makes the harder tasks a bit more fun. Karen also works to boost confidence and self-advocacy in each student.

Karen is an avid learner and is consistently collaborating and expanding her training in the field of educational therapy.
